Airconditioning System of Metro Rail Transit

This is the aircon filter on one of the coaches of MRT that I took one morning in my way to work. Cobwebs hangs on the grills and the coach is not as comfortable as what we are paying.

I don't know where this inefficient most efficient means of transportation along EDSA is putting its money that they can't afford to have their filters cleaned from time to time.

This mass transport would have been serving the public more efficiently had it been managed by a civilian manager. The MRT is not a pension house for an inefficient POLICE OFFICER much as the Filipino's deserve the president he's serving. POOR FILIPINOS. Lagi na lang nagigisa sa sariling mantika.
