Let the number speak????? What number?

The official website of the Philippine Government (www.gov.ph) have this image in one of the link.

Several questions arose out of those data, which includes:

• have they asked those companies dealing with BIR and the Beaureu of Customs?
• Why didn't they include the amount involved in the solved cases?
• Why didn't they include the spending of the different offices in the government including those of the office of the President, DPWH, DOTC, etc.
• How about the un-liquidated spendings and cash advances.
• How about the fertilizer deal, the ZTE-NBN deal?
• How about the 5ooK received by Governor Ed Panlilio of Pampanga?
  

According to COA Report, the office of the president alone has 20M peso for her foreign travel allowance. I wonder where does that goes... who made those budget anyway? Not to mention the unliquidated cash advances of different offices under the Office of the President.

Ironic to see though how the numbers of convicted by the Sandiganbayan rose from 16% in 2001 to 33% in 2005. I dunno how 2006 and 2007 has done so far.

I was wondrin' if they would include Mendoza, Atienza, Abalos, FG Arroyo, Mrs. President Herself and all others involved in the ZTE NBN Deal.

What number then should we talk about?
