DENR prepares red carpet for Manny Pacquiao
The Department of Energy and Natural Resources has prepared a red-carpet welcome for Manny Paquiao. What a champion! But why the DENR? Has Manny been fighting for the environment? Or did he fought for a campaign for a renewable energy? Or is the department on a new business of boxing?
Welcoming Manny Paquiao is no problem, but with a red carpet and with the DENR, it's a big question... Where did Lito Atienza got the fund for the royal welcome? Even if it cost only a few thousand pesos (did it?) it still should go to the the energy matters and the environment stuff, am I wrong? Well, unless it's from his personal pocket.
I wonder what the Philippine Sports Commission has done to welcome Paquiao. It's their job anyway.
